By accessing or using the UpCatch app (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or success of any meeting facilitated through the Service, and all interactions are at your own discretion and risk.

UpCatch encourages safe, public meeting places but does not verify the identity, background, or intentions of users. You acknowledge that:

We are not responsible for the conduct, actions, or safety of any user or third party.
You should verify the safety of any meeting location and take appropriate precautions.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, UpCatch disclaims liability for any personal injury, property damage, or other harm arising from your use of the Service or interactions with other users.
All content, trademarks, logos, and designs associated with UpCatch, including the app’s interface and branding, are owned by or licensed to UpCatch and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our prior written consent, except as permitted for personal, non-commercial use.
Any content you submit, such as messages or feedback, must comply with these Terms. By submitting content, you grant UpCatch a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual license to use, reproduce, modify, and display such content for the purpose of operating and improving the Service. You represent that your content does not violate any laws or third-party rights.

No Waiver: Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Assignment: You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign these Terms at our discretion.
